This is easily the best balsamic vinaigrette I've ever had! When shopping for this AIP diet, I realized I couldn't have any of the usual salad dressings because of black pepper. And, well, who wants dry salad!? Not me, thats for sure!
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1/4 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp basil
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp parsley
- salt to taste
Directions:
- I started by cleaning out an old salad dressing bottle, but really any clean container could work!
- Add the olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
- Add the seasoning!
